
Cancellation Policy
Unforeseen things happen, life gets in the way, the cat vomits under your bed when you have to leave, or the car just will not start. Unanticipated events occur in everyone’s lives and might also be why you might consider cancelling an appointment.

In my commitment to provide a personalised and outstanding treatment experience to all of you and out of consideration for my time, I have applied the following policy: Appointments cancelled within a 24 hour notice period, or if you do not turn up for your appointment, will incur the full charge of the treatment.

Turning up later than 15 minutes of your appointment time could result in a shorter session length or cancellation of your appointment, both outcomes will incur the full charge of the treatment.

Late cancellations, ‘no-shows’ and late arrivals disrupt the conscientious and prompt service I aspire to provide to everyone. I am very busy and there will always have been someone who could have been fitted in to missed appointment slots, which is why, as a courtesy to others, these charges exist.

If you suddenly become ill or there is an emergency, please let me know in the first available instance (i.e. first thing in the morning) and we can discuss options.
