QHHT Session Question Examples
The outcome of your session will greatly depend on your willingness to open up, your participation, and your preparation for the session. Part of your preparation for the Quantum Healing Hypnosis (QHHT) session is a list of questions. No question is off-limits. You can ask anything, and as long as the answer is for your highest good, you will receive it.

To assist you with your preparation, a list of example questions is provided below. You can add or remove questions as you wish, depending on what is most important or relevant to you. Please have your questions written down, typed if possible, on a separate sheet of paper. It’s recommended that you organize them in categories and in order of importance.

Once we make the connection with your Higher Self, I will begin by asking your health questions first. After that, I will proceed with your other questions in the order you’ve listed them. I will do my best to ask all your questions, but this will depend on the length of the answers we receive from your Higher Self.

When reviewing the sample list below, keep in mind this is an extensive guide, organize them by importance to ensure the most significant ones are addressed during the session.

✅ Step 1: Select Core Categories (3–5 max)
To avoid overwhelm during the session, choose your top 3–5 categories that are most relevant for your current life chapter. Examples:
-
Health
-
Personal Life Purpose
-
Relationships
-
Career/Finance
-
Spiritual Growth
✅ Step 2: Prioritize within Categories
From each chosen category, select 3–6 key questions and rank them by importance. The most important question in each section should come first, so your practitioner gets to it early if time is limited.
✅ Step 3: Refine Questions for Clarity and Openness
Make sure your questions begin with “What,” “Why,” “How,” or “Where.” Avoid yes/no formats. Here are customized examples you might consider for each core area:
